Unlike other guiding services we do not believe in deliberatly charging our customers for items they do not require, we therefore do not include tackle or bait in our trip prices, giving you, our customer, the choice to either use your own or hire ours. We offer the latest equipment for hire including rods from Harrison, Shimano, Quantum and Greys as well as top quality reels from Abu, Daiwa, Quantum, D.A.M and Shimano, all reels are filled either with the latest co-polymer lines or braids depending on the situation. We also offer state of the art trolling equipment including planer boards and downriggers as well as specialist lure setups for all types of lures and lastly we also have a range of Pike fly fishing equipment suited specifically for the job. As we said earlier you of course are most welcome to bring your own tackle on our trips, we do however recommend a minimum of 15lb Mono or 30lb Braid b.s line and a minimum 20lb b.s trace wire, you will not need landing nets, weighing equipment or unhooking gear as this is supplied on each boat

We can also supply all the deadbait's and lures your are going to need on our UK trips for a small additional charge per day, each guide will have an ample and varied supply of baits for a successful days fishing, some of our favourite and successful baits include, Mackerel, Herring, Trout, Lamprey and Sandeel, all our baits are top quality and usually blast frozen or fresh. Livebaits have to be caught on the day but we are only to pleased to use these if byelaws/regulations allow this method of fishing. You are more than welcome to bring your own deadbaits on our trips particularly if you have any special baits or special flavour/oils added to them. No livebaits to be bought as you will be contravening E.A byelaws and be subject to prosecution by the relevant authorities.

Please note though all hire tackle including Lures/Plugs/Spinners must be returned in good order, all losses or damage must be notified to the companies representative at the time of incident, any loss or damage to hire equipment are payable in full at the end of each trip at current retail prices.
