1. Allan Griffiths " Predator People" (hereafter called the company) have the right to refuse bookings at their discretion, no reasons need to be given but all monies paid will be refunded in full except in clauses 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16
2. The company cannot and will not accept any liability under any circumstances relating to any loss or damage to persons or their effects no matter how caused.
3. The company or it's representative has the right to alter trip venue/s and trip times if conditions dictate so.
4. All deposits are non refundable except in clause 1 above.
5. A minimum 50% deposit is due to hold bookings except Expeditions which have separate terms & conditions - available on request.
6. A re-booking charge of £35.00 will be made per date for any changes to trips once reserved, any trip date changes are offered at the company's discretion and are subject to availability, no refunds will be given if no suitable dates are available
7. Trips which are cancelled by the customer within 30 days of trip date/s, will if possible be rebooked for a mutually convenient date no refunds will be offered if this is not possible.
8. No bookings will be held for longer than seven (7) days without the return of a completed booking form and the necessary deposit, there are no exceptions to this
9. All outstanding monies are due a minimum of twenty eight (28) days prior to arrival date except Expedition Trips which require the balance payable a minimum of 45 days prior to the trip date/s except in clause 8 below - late payment will result in cancellation of trip/s.
10. All bookings made on public or bank holidays are subject to an additional 25% surcharge on the trip price/s.
11. Any un-honoured cheques will incur a charge of £30.00 per item and be subject to an additional 5% surcharge of the amount per month or part thereof until payment has cleared.
12. All hire tackle including Lures/Plugs/Spinners must be returned in good order. All damage must be notified to the company's representative at the time of incident. All loss or damages are payable in full at the end of each trip at current retail prices.
13. Any persons which are deemed unsafe and could put the safety of the boat and it's occupants in danger will not be permitted to board; no refunds will be given in this case.
14. No Alcohol is allowed on the boats under any circumstances
15. Life jackets / Buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn whilst on board the boats.
16. All anglers unless exempt must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency Rod License, no trips will be undertaken unless proof of this is shown at the start of the trip.
17. Any venues that require the purchase of a day ticket/permit are excluded from all trips unless the said day ticket/permit is purchased directly by the customer/s at their expense.
18. No livebaits to be used unless caught from the venue being fished.
19. All litter is to be removed from the fishing sites and not thrown over the side of the boats.
20. Expedition Trips are subject to additional terms & conditions, please enquire at the time of booking.
21. Summer special offer trips must be fully paid for within 7 days of time of booking to receive the discounted rate and are for trips taken Monday to Friday only, this excludes weekend and bank holiday dates.
22. We accept no responsibility for any costs that me incured including if we cannot offer your chosen dates including but not restricted to accomodation costs, please ensure we have the dates available before booking any accomodation.
